  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective layers are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
